Theater by Victor Eftimiu – Fetele Didinei – if we look for the author on The Greatest Books of All Time site, Victor Hugo is offered instead: he was not a major figure, not even for his own country’s literature, if I am not mistaken

George
Constantin https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/2025/11/the-marriage-proposal-by-anton-chekhov.html was the greatest thespian for the
under signed, and he is the main reason why I listened to the Victor Eftimiu
play, the other is that it takes only one hour and ten minutes of my (precious)
time, see Seneca
The ancient
philosopher, and one of the richest men of all time, explains in his chefs
d’oeuvre that life is not short, the problem is that we waste so much of it, we
treat time as if we had infinite resources, ergo, I try and respect this
precept and avoid films, books that seem uninspiring, Schopenhauer has
something to say about this
https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/2025/08/letters-of-seneca-byseneca-10-out-of-10.html Seneca agrees with Schopenhauer when
the latter says One can never read too little of bad, or too much of good books:
bad books are intellectual poison; they destroy the mind.” Fetele Didinei is
not exactly bad, but without George Constantin…
it would be
lackluster, to say the least, furthermore, I feel that what happens is quite
familiar: there are arguments in the family, and we have those here in abundance;
spoiler alert, it appears that I will veer off the subject, which is rather mundane,
using the page to vent off, say that I have been under attack for quite some
time
the How of
Happiness https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/2025/01/the-how-of-happiness-by-sonja.html by Sonja Lyubomirsky is a mirific oeuvre,
and you find this inside ‘Happiness Activity No 5: Nurturing Social
Relationships-picking a relationship in need of strengthening and investing
time and energy in heeling, cultivating affirming and enjoying it’
studies have
looked at what the happiest humans have in common, and discovered that it is
not wealth, power, it is good relations with family and friends, and right now,
I am thinking of How this fits with the conditions for Flow, Being in the Zone,
which are: you are in control, nothing else matters, it is autotelic, you have
clear, meaningful goals
https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/2025/01/flow-by-mihaly-csikszentmihalyi.html you are between boredom and burnout,
time changes its…flow, feedback is constant and instant, maybe you have the
formula for how these two intersect, fit in…I will move on to what Diderot was
saying about acting, centuries ago
George
Constatin is the epitome of the Perfect Actor – it should have been ‘was’,
alas, he is dead now – in that Diderot was debating what is best, acting with
‘passion’, or using the head, thinking the role over, the former is what
friends do when they tell their stories, but this does not work on the stage,
or in film
https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/2025/04/jacques-le-fataliste-by-denis-diderot.html Daniel Day Lewis was the Magister
Ludi of ‘Method’ acting, lately, it is Jeremy Strong who is known for this,
apparently obnoxious to quite a few others, approach, I see our own champion,
George Constantin as the detached, God-like thespian – I am promoting my blog
at the end, here https://realinibarzoi.blogspot.com/2026/08/do-you-have-any-suggestions-how-to-make.html
